Sending Artwork & Placing Orders
Order Acknowledgment
All orders are promptly acknowledged by fax and email. Please examine
carefully and notify us promptly if discrepancies are found. All incoming
orders must be authorized, numbered purchase orders sent by fax, email,
or mail.
Artwork
We generally do not charge for artwork if you send camera-ready artwork
by mail or electronically. We can also work from existing artwork such
as a customer's logo. If extensive work is required by our artists, we
will charge $40 per hour. (Normally no more than an hour is charged.)
Final artwork must be approved by you before production. We accept electronic
artwork from all popular programs used IBM systems. Important: please
convert all text to outline (so that fonts remain correct.) Please compress
large files before emailing. Please use Pantone matching colors or supply
actual samples.
Pre-Production Samples
AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
Catalogs and Samples
Available free of charge in normal quantities and standard shipping. Please
call for unusual sample needs.
Packaging
Individually packed in poly bags. Alternative packing is available.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation or change to an order in process will be billed according
to costs incurred at the time of cancellation.
Returned Goods
Merchandise may not be returned without our written authorization. All
return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Unauthorized
returns will be refused.
Overruns and Underruns
Due to the custom nature of this merchandise, we reserve the right to
ship up to 5% over or under the amount ordered and will bill accordingly.
Shipping
F.O.B. CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA. If shipping method is not specified,
we will select the most appropriate method. Please include your shipping
address with order. Drop shipments add $5.00 net per address.
Freight Claims
Legal responsibility for goods passes from factory to carrier upon consignment
of goods. Please file freight claims with carrier.
Promotion Rights
We reserve the right to use all products for display and advertising purposes
unless otherwise noted at the time of order. Designs, logos, and trademarks
shown in this catalog are for display purposes only and are available
only to the original party.
Copyrights and Trademarks
We assume that customers have the permission to use all trademarks, logos,
and designs sent to us. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright
disputes.
Die Charges
Non-precouse metals:
Die charges are for labor only. Dies remain in our possession for customer use only. Reorders of metal pins (except printed) normally do not incur die charges. Dies inactive for 1.5 years may be destroyed. On most of our promotional pins, THERE ARE NO DIE, ARTWORK OR SETUP CHARGES IF ORDER OVER 300 PCS
Precious Metals:
Due to the different manufacturing process on various precios metals, set up charge vary.
NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM MOLDS FOR PRECIOUS METALS ... When we start cutting the mold, that part of the process is complete and non refundable - at any time we personalize a custom mold, that part of a project is no long valid as part any rebate or refund.
Special Promotions - if special promotions are executed, only price for goods are consided in cancellation ... mold charges will be deducted from amount paid ... if refunds are requested or cancellation of order occurs.
So ... we stress that all of our customers please review all artwork prior to approval.

Charges can vary from simple molds to more detailed XL and XXL molds.
Payment Terms - 50% payment net 7 days is required to begin production of order. The balance is due prior to shipping out merchandise. Interest of 2% per month charged on overdue accounts.
