It’s a collaborative journey! You start by sending us your sketch, image, logo, or even just a detailed description. Our professional designers then create a 3D digital model (CAD rendering) for you to see exactly how your pendant will look. We work with you on revisions until it’s perfect. Only after you approve the final design do we begin crafting your piece in our South Carolina facility, using methods like laser cutting or casting, followed by finishing and engraving.

What materials do you recommend for a pendant that will be worn every day?

For maximum durability and hassle-free daily wear, we often recommend stainless steel for its toughness and tarnish resistance. Solid sterling silver is also an excellent and popular choice, offering a precious metal feel with good durability (though it may require occasional polishing). Our high-quality gold plating over a solid bronze or copper base is also designed for longevity, providing the gold look with enhanced durability compared to cheap plating.

Can I choose the size and shape, or just select from standard options?
